Metal stamps

I can't find a reasonably priced set of 1/4 in metal letter stamps. I purchased a set from Harbor Freight. They were metric even though they were listed as fractional.
I have seen the same set advertised on a number of websites. I have checked the local hardware, tool houses, machine shops and mechanics that I know with no luck.

Any ideas?

Believe it or not, there are usually a few old American made steel stamp sets on eBay. Used but not worn out.
