I'm NCRS Incorrect

I know NCRS don't recognize nothing not NCRS correct , but haven't you been to car shows and some guys have items laying out to display what was available for their car or pertain to that year as accessories .I love the treasure hunt trying to find these things and have people go nuts looking and asking about them. I'm I the only one in the Corvette world that collect these parts ? Other car guys go crazy collecting them. I'm I crazy too. This is a few I have collected so I must be crazy because I've never seen another Corvette guy collect any. NCRS people don't ?? And many don't show any interest but the public loves them.

I'll take the hit's having a bubble top and GM wire wheels and other accessories installed in my 55 , that's OK with me . I'm just one of those odd guys that loves to have something different.

I think most car guys just like car stuff! I collect off-beat items as well as some memorabilia, but am retsriced on space. Some others on this list have vast collections! You're not nuts - just underexposed.

I remember your post and picture from a few weeks that showed one of your grand daughters and some old car at a car show. You said she was qualified and willing to answer questions about the car... are you teaching her the finer details about these great parts and accessories you find?

I have a few odds and ends that I picked up over the years. The stuff was usually new when I got it. I have to admitt that I'm not one to search for this stuff but if something grabs my eye and it isn't outrageously priced....well it will come home with me.

Now that license late is so neet, I need to get one for the front of my 55 , there are people that make plastic ones and when I see them or know how to order one I'm getting one , love it. Thanks

Back in the 60's when our kids were babies we used milk bottle warmers in our 54 Corvettes. They really work well.
So you see I always loved different things.
