Vehicle Certification Label

Since GM manufactured 1969 model Corvettes into December, 1969, did any of the late production carry the aqua blue certification label (located on the driver door jam) that attests to the vehicle meeting all safety standards in effect at the date of manufacture? It is my understanding that this requirement was effective Sept 1, 1969, which would be applicable to all 1970 models, but what about those 1969 models (Corvette, Camaro) made after Sept 1st?

Yes, they sure did -- and it is well covered in the TIM&JG, a book worth having.
