    master cylinder ID please

    Helping a friend with a 66 BB that has been sitting for years trying to make it road worthy. it has a single reserve with it looks like a screw on cap with a number of 223032. I cant find a Delco logo on it

      Picture might help, but doesn't sound like a good start on a '69 with a screw on cap.

                  It's a 65-66 manual brakes master cylinder. The reason you can't find a Delco logo is because these master cylinders, including both originals and SERVICE, were not manufactured by Delco. They were manufactured by Bendix.
