    67 radio knob card

Where there two different radio knob cards used in 1967? The no slit card which requires removal of the knob seems to be common, but I have also seen a card with the slit in the top. Was there a change over during the production year? I have searched the archieves but still unclear on this.
    thanks.

In addition to Danny's question, the Dobbins book shows a card for 65-67 starting with "Optimum Frequency Modulation" (p. 299), but the vendors all appear to have a 1967 card that begins "Satisfactory FM Reception".

Also, some cards have "Printed in U.S.A." at the bottom left, some don't. Which is correct?
