    71 LT-1 TI amplifier ground

I am replacing the TI amplifier wiring harnesss, which has 2 forward grounding lugs on a lead from the main harness. I know that one ground attaches to one of the amplifier mounting bolts on the left inner fender. My question is: where does the 2nd ground attach?

The original TI harness is a disaster, so it's no help. The AIM suggest maybe a location on the radiator support, but I do not see any hole or bolt that would work. However, my radiator support has been replaced.

Yes Robert, it's a self tapping screw that goes in the support. There should be a small hole for it to go in. Cheers,Graeme.

Ok, Graeme. Thanks. My replacement radiator support does not have any holes in that area. Since I will have to drill one, can you or someone else provide basic dimensions to locate it and screw size?

Hope this helps. The screw is 1 1/2" above the inner skirt attatching bolt. The hole Dia. is 3/16". I dont now what screw is correct. Maybe same as the other ground screws (hex head). G.
