Guage cluster color c-3

Restoring my guage cluster . need to know if the center portion where its rough (around the guages ) is supposed to be flat or satin black? Looks flat to me, but thought I'd check with the experts first.

I used Rustoleum Satin black. It looks good but don't know if it's correct. Others will chime in. Have fun!!!

SEM Trim Black.

Dead nuts on. I partially redid one this past year and you can't tell where original paint ends and the repaint begins.

An excellent suggestion from Pat! Many of the SEM rattle can products are or nearly are dead nuts on...
