1953 #91
I am restoring a 54 from the former Harrah collection. There is still a museum in Reno that has all of the documents from Harrah. I requested information on my 54 and in it they sent me a copy of the bill of sale from the dealer for 1953 #91. Anyone know the owner of #91, its a very interesting document.

The last time I was in the museum in Reno they still had the "John Wayne 1953" on display. I don't remember the serial number but perhaps it is 91. If not, I hope you hear from the owner. -

15-20 years back I was a volunteer at the museum and was in charge of maintaining John Wayne's 53. Donated some parts too to make it more correct. Don't recall the VIN number though.Comment

The Bill of sale, if a dealership invoice should be from C.W. Kruse & sons Chevrolet in Schoolcraft MI.
