Yes. But you'll need to be a bit more specific as to which piece of shielding. For instance, the top shield has both wing bolts and a hex head bolt. The side shields have the wing bolts, and the side or spark plug covers use wing bolts.
Its all called out in your AIM:
    UPC U69
    Sheets A7, A8, and A9

Like Don stated, it should have both. Only ONE bolt, vertically through the top shield, all the rest are wing nuts.

They are wing screws or wing bolts. Not wing nuts. A wing nut is what is holding your air cleaner lid to the carb.
Nuts and screws/bolts are not the same thing

And aluminum wheels for 67 should be called "Nut On's", not bolt on's.

              Exactly

so then it would also be a body off restoration, not a frame off restoration

didn't you learn anything at HTHS

what about the difference between a lamp and a bulb?

Some of what I learned in hy skol didn't have much to do with what the teachers taught. Remember that store room on the 1st floor and that little blonde that did my english class homework?

Thanks Don, I confuse myself at times. I wondered what that thing that held the air cleaner on was, as I thought a "WING NUT" was a Red Wings fan downtown at Joe Louis Arena.

what about the difference between a lamp and a bulb?

The distinction is gossamer and we're pushing on a rope trying to induce the general public not to use the terms interchangeably. But, when I used to visit GE and Westinghouse, designers were quite specfic...

A lamp is a completed physical assy that consists of globe, filament, base and contact(s). The term 'bulb' refers to the globe and base (the silhouette components of the lamp) without reference to the specific filament or contact components.

So, virtually nobody except those in design/manufacture give a hoot about a bulb, it's the lamp they want/need...

                        Lighten up Jack,

it was meant as humor, and more for the people that use motor and engine interchangably
