    Rear Brake Line Replacement

Is it possible to replace the steel brake line from my power brake master cylinder which runs through the frame and over the rear cross member without lifting the body off the frame?

Ed, Check the archives (accessible from the main page of this forum) using "brake" or "fuel lines". I'm not familiar with the differences between C2 and C3 (if any) in the routing of these lines. You should find helpful info on this task but may be on the C3 only. I have done this on my 71' with body-on and welded trans crossmember. Brake line was easy as compared to the fuel and vapor lines, but they too are possible with every ounce of patience you have. Good luck, Mike
