re frame blue prints

Sorry if this is a novice question. Is their a blueprint or drawing for the location of holes placed on the frame for gas line/brake lines muffler brackets etc. I have a assembly Manuel . 1964 convertible

Neal has ALL of the 1953-82 Corvette frame detail part and frame assembly drawings; doubt if he'll part with any of them, though. His frames come without the fuel & brake line clip holes, as there were so many variations year-to-year; you drill them using the old frame as a template.
