Taking a seated position behind the 73 gives me a view of great pleasure. My eyes are drawn to the right front fender and it's bright yellow(952)gleam / reflections. Specifically, my eyes are focused on the sharp top edge of the fender. Not only does this edge provide a point of reference for the driver from the inside, it is also a superb accent of the curve of the fender line. From this top edge a sleek slope leads to the point of cleavage of the fender from the long slippery hood.
The eye moves back to the crest of the fender down the side to the fender flare forming a gorgeous ringed surround which also frames the whitewall tire. Continuing,I reach the sparkling turbine like fins of the PO2 wheelcover.
Then to the midline crease and spelled out in script "Stingray." A name signifying style and a drean carried by vettes since inception.
Lastly, a view of the entire shark body with a white canvas top capping this flower of winter,so isolated from roads meant to be enjoyed. Spring will come, the pavement will dry and a 4-speed cruise will be in store again.
