1960 side windows

I have a 1960 and have just removed the side windows to replace the felts. My question is the drivers side window has a rubber channel at the lower rail but nothing on the riders side? Is this normal or is the riders side missing? Thanks

it was intended to channel the water away from the inside of the door, readily available from ccentral, ect i recommend getting them, they are an easy install and as we all know, early vets need all the help they can get in trying to keep the interior dry
