    Obtaining OLD TOP Flight Certificate (copy)

    Is it possible to get a copy of a Top Flight Certificate from a Chapter Meet in Indy, 1996???? This was my car and would have my name on the Certificate. I don't believe that the document would be numbered since it was a Chapter meet. 1954 E54S002738

      I would think it shouldnt be a problem since you owned the car back then. Might want to call Cincinnati and ask them.

          Chapters issue their own certificates, HQ would not have a copy.

                  wouldn't it be more fun to have your car judged at a future chapter meet and obtain a certificate?
