Judging a C3 windsheild

I curently have a replacement windsheild in my 72 coupe, this is a air car the windshield is tinted and shaded, not a LOF glass as factory.

Does the windsheild lose all of its originally points when judged and if so that means no condition points?

Generally a non-OEM brand replacement windshield gets a 50% standard deduction if it's otherwise correctly-configured/tinted, so it's still eligible for condition points.
