Hi all,
I wanted to let everyone know that the veterans raffle I talked about before is just about underway. It has taken longer than I expected to get the ball rolling but shouldn't be much longer. I greatly appreciate all of you who expressed an interest in buying some raffle tickets and truly know the veterans who it will benefit will be even more appreciative.
For those of you who aren't aware of the upcoming veterans raffle, I am for the most part donating my fully restored 5X NCRS Top Flight, 1 X Bloomington Gold 1964 roadster to the cause. The car along with a $10K second prize and a $5K third prize will be awarded. We are selling 4000 at $50 each. All monies used to buy tickets will be tax deductible. All monies raised is going to several of the local veterans organizations here in my hometown and will primarily be used in the construction of transitional homeless shelter for veterans who are without a home. My family and I have been wanting to do something worth while for sometime now and we truly feel this is an opportunity for us to give back to so many who have given so much for all of us. I truly encourage every Corvette owner to buy as many tickets as possible. It's not about winning a car or money but more so to show a bit of deserved gratitude to the many men and women of the armed services who are without the basics.
Thanks so much and stay tuned.
