C4 ZR-1 in LA Area

I've been looking at a low miles 90 ZR-1 located east of LA.

I am far from LA and far from an expert on the C4 or ZR-1.

I am hoping there might be a knowledgable ZR-1 owner in the area (current or past) who could assit me.

I do have one particular question you might be able to clarify. Was it possible to factory order chromed wheels on these cars?

I have some conflicting information on that point.

I can answer that and the answer is NO. Chromed aluminum wheels were never a FACTORY option on ZR1's. There were DEALERS that installed chromed original style wheels on these cars but Bowling Green never did.
