1959 Owner Protection Policy

I would like to know what a correct Chevrolet Owner Protection Policy for a 1959 looks like. Are there reproductions available? Is it the same as the rest of the Chevrolet line?

I did a search assuming this would have been discussed in the past but found nothing for a 1959.

Here is a 1959 warranty Book. They were the same for all Chevrolet Passenger Cars. trucks were different. I've never seen a reproduction. It would be very difficult to do in my opinion.

Thank you for the pictures. That is exactly what I needed. I now know what to look for on the Internet and in the swap meets.
