    1963 Speedometer problem

I start the car up every 2 weeks and pull it in an out of the garage during the winter because it is a fuelie.

The last 3 times I noticed that the speedometer needle jumps up and down from 0 to 30 mph when I pull forward back in to the garage. The needle sticks somewhere in the middle when I shut the engine off. When I back up the car out of the garage two weeks later the needle drops back to 0 mph.

Could this be a problem with the cable?

Highly unlikely it's anything with the FI distributor. Now if you had a carb distributor that would be a different issue.
By the way my 63 the LWC is your twin. White/red. JD
ChePhart, he is talking about his speedometer.
