After periodically running my 1960 all winter but not being able to drive it because of the messed up roads, I fianlly went to drive it and it would not start. Specifically, the key would not turn to the start position. Not a battery issue. Key goes in, goes to Off, then On no problem but not to Start.
So I wanted to take the assembly out. I thought it was as simple as poking a paperclip or something in that hole on the face of the tumbler to get that cylinder out. Can't seem to make that happen with key in or key out (is there a difference?)
Is there a step or something I am missing? Any help appreciated.
Thanks
