    66 radials

I'm thinking about mounting a set of 215-70-15 Tiger Paw radials on my '66 BB coupe. The car is stock with F41 and Kelsey Hayes KO's. Any thoughts on if they will rub?

    Re: 66 radials

Michael, I have a set of these on my small block L79 66 roadster, and in the hardest turn of the steering wheel there is only the slightest bit of rubbing on one tire. I like the tires and the look and it is not a problem as far as I am concerned.

I'm running the same size on my 65 small block and have for years. No rubbing with my car at all. I guess it depends on the car. Some report minor rubbing at full lock and others, like myself, have had no rubbing.

Is anyone running 215-70-15 radials on cars with F41 suspension?

I've got the 215/70-15 on stock steel rim and F-41 with no issues

I installed a set of 215 70 15 Tigerpaw AS65 radials on my stock '66 427/425 couple, F41, Kelsey Hayes KO's. I'm happy to say there is no rubbing, and an improvement in handling from my old Goodyear 205 70 15 Invicta radials. Thanks to all who replied.

Anyone using the BFG Radial T/A or Firestone (???) in this same size?

              Also 427 base (no F41).
