    jack spring

    I was going through the car the other morning and noticed the spring that holds the jack had broken recently.
    Its a double looped spring for my 67. Built in march of 1967 if that makes a differance
    Does anyone know where i can get a replacement -- One thats correct

    Dave, all the parts vendors have them. Check the catalogs. Bill.

      Caution, if you plan on having the car judged.
      The loops on many of the S/R, Repops are not configured as those from TFP.

        Interesting. Is this the same/different for all C2's and early C3's? Mike, can we get more info on the differences? I am 600 miles from my '70-'72 JG, however, I don't recall anything on this in the guide. A photo showing the correct config would be very helpful.

          Hi All,
          Here are a couple of pictures of the jack hold-down from my 71.
          Hope this gets things started as to what the typical configuration was.
