    What plug shield was used on the right rear of a 71 lt1 vette with the tcs.

    71's did have TCS (transmission controlled spark), their emission system was called CEC (combination emission control).

    Doesn't matter whether it's an LT1 or base SB, if you're talking about the radio RF shield, it was GM # 3980192. That's the one with the circular hole in it which wiring to connect to the temperature switch mounted in the RH cylinder head. It's called out in the AIM book back in the options section as part of the radio (U69) assy.
