58- If you have no washer and hoses but have the bracket on the fender will it be judged as no washer system, should bracket come off to keep it from being judged, also emergency flasher, mine has the wiring for it but no swithch or flasher. Thanks, Brad.

if the nozzels are present , then i'd leave the bracket present. if the ONLY winshield washer component on the car is the bracket, loose it.mike

Mike, are You saying that any evidence of washers means they will judge it that I am missing the rest?, I have nozzles (Squirters at winshield I presume) and bracket so I should remove them both and won't be judged for a washer system? Thanks again, Brad.

if you remove the nozzels, leaving a pair of holes in the top surround adjacent to the wiper transmissions(where the nozzels are normally positioned), the judges will have to assume the car was built in st louis with wiper washers and you'll take an even bigger deduct with the pair of holes present. filling the holes so that there is no shrinkage in a year or two is almost impossible. i'd install all the wiper washer pieces you currently have and bite the deduct bullet for what is missing. good luck.mike
