I believe the outlet (#1) is part of or attached to the center duct. The deflector (#4) fits into the outlet. The plate ("bezel") (#6) then installs over the deflector.

My old 68. The deflector is one piece.

          # 4 is defiantly two (2) pieces.
One piece is the housing, and the other is the deflector.
Both pieces are chromed, and neither has a part number on them.
The deflector has a "pin" on each side and is installed from the back side of the housing.
This is a one way installation. The left side pin must be inserted first, then the right side pin drops into place.
The right side pin is secured with a black hard rubber "grommet" that is convex on the pin side, and flat on the outer side.

All other info concerning the ducting and installation discussed here is correct.

As per usual, these '68 pieces are one year only.
I see the deflectors/housings quite often, the ducting somewhat less often, and the wiper bezel almost never (don't remember ever seeing one on e bay).
