    Is this how it begins?

    The other day my buddy Brian calls me to ask if he can store a new Corvette at my shop for a few weeks until his grandson's birthday. The party was Saturday and judging from the pictures and keeping within the TDB rules, here's my technical question. Is this how the "Corvette Bug" starts ?

      Probably so. Mine started when I was 12 years old and hanging around a gas station in New Brunswick, NJ. One of the mechanics just bought a 59 vette and towed it into the lot. He said, Jack, jump in help steer it into the garage bay.........................over 40 years ago and over 30 Vettes + later.

          Maybe, but I think the Matchbox and Hot Wheels corvette cars and the MPC plastic model kits seals it. A couple of those and there's no turning back.

              I'm with Paul. MPC sealed the deal for me back in the 70's !!!
