Need help with configuration for rear bumpers

• 4 bolts (on each side) attach the upper portion of the bumper through the fiberglass valance to the brace. On the bolt side there are no washers and the configuration p washer, lock washer on the nut side.
• 1 bolt attaches the lower end of the bumper to the rod brace. On the bolt side configuration is bolt p washer, lock washer with no washers on the nut side.

Can someone tell me if I have it correct or what is correct?

I believe your 67 is the same as my 64. If so, that all sounds correct but I think there is one more bolt on the front corner at the rear quarter panel that goes through the fiberglass only with no bracket behind it. It has a flat and lock washer on the bolt side behind the panel and the bolt goes in from behind into a captive nut in the bumper. Don't tighten it down much or it can break out the fiberglass around the bolt.
