This is great !!! Why not promote your flagship car ?? !!! I have been wanting new Corvette commercials on a regular basis. Corvette commercials promote the whole Chevrolet lineup.

You need to promote the product. You have to bring new people to the table or the Corvette will not survive. 12000 units a year ain't gonna cut it.

till they get back to leasing corvettes i think the sales will be down. they will pull this commercial like the one for the 2005 C-6,http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...27&q=corvette# when the do gooders start to complain about encouraging reckless driving.

You are right Clem. A good lease would help.

I like the commerical myself. I'm sick of seeing F**d taunt us with their peasley mustang. The Camaro ads are wearing a bit thin too. It's good a see real car for a change, even if it really is a rocket......

LOVE IT! They need to show that they've still got it.

I like it , should have had a Mustang peering over the fence with tears in its eyes and pulling a plow. LOL

Did everyone get the news that next month if you buy a ZO-6/7 you can go to the engine plant & assemble it yourself. How cool is that unless it voids the warranty LOL

                    Re: this ain't good

I don't think it's bad or "sad" at all. The commercial is long overdue.

Chevrolet used to promote the Corvette back in the 1960s.

                    As evidence ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbxTHXUH4VE )

1962 production number: 14,531 (close to 2010 number????)
                    1963 production number: 21,513

Granted, a generation change also occured.... My point is... You gotta believe they can turn it around.
