Measure about 1-1/16".

I was not aware that tape was used on the trailing arm shims.

I have seen tape on body mount shims, but have yet to tape on the trailing arm shims.

Not saying it wasn't done, but I have never seen it, even "back in the day".

Same with Brian. Never seen it - but never say never. If done, I would think it would have been the same as body shim tape.
