I am trying to figure out what I have for Rear Bumpers for my 1960. I have attached three photos.
AIM image - In this image from my AIM it show the rear bumper guard bolting to the rear bumper with two bolts.
Rear Bumper Photo - This is a picture of the underside of the rear bumper where the bumper guard bolts. As you can see, there is only one bolt hole and a tab to hold the guard in place.
Guard photo #1 - One bolt hole and then the bumper tab fits into the U-shaped area of the guard.
Also as a note the Bumper has a stamping on one of the bolt receivers "EMCo". The bumper guard has a logo stamping EATON (Guard photo #2).
Are these genuine GM or something else? If so, why different than the AIM?
