Your compression is within the OE 20 psi max variation spec, so the engine is probably okay internally.
You can post a valve spring picture if you want. The OE first design spring is a single spring/damper like the small block. The second design is a dual spring with no damper and has an integral umbrella type seal.
OE valve springs are usually color coded with paint color blotches, but I don't know most of the codes. If you see something like this, let us know the colors.
Beyond that it can be tough to ID OE vs. aftermaket springs by visual inspection on the engine.
