C-4 ECM Sensor

In a previous thread, it was stated that the ECM sensor on a 1985 is the same as one on an F-car and LT1 with B-car.
Could someone please clarify what F & B cars are? I'm clearly in the dark on this one. I need to plan ahead and find a fix in case my system takes a dive.

I don't know if the parts interchange, but I do know F body is Camaro - Firebird and the B body is the full size car. Caprice, Impala SS.

Just to round out your question -- the part you didn't ask -- Corvette is known as Y-body in GM speak. We usually don't use the Y-body term here, and it is not generally used in conversation, but it is handy to keep in the back of your mind. It shows up often in the GM parts system , and folks who regularily deal with that system are familiar with it.
