C3 Spare Tire part number sticker

I just removed the old tires from my rallys today and found a paper GM part label on the inside of the spare w/327708. All four of the other wheels are dated the same K-1-0 6 10AZ (June 10th, 1970) for my July car. However, the spare is dated K-1-8 9 5AZ and is still in black on both sides. Should it not be dated closer to the others, or perhaps it isn't the original? Is the part number original, or a sevice replacement, or other?

Tom, That appears to be a replacement , factory spares were painted as the rest of the wheels were. dating were more likely to maybe days or weeks off.

This is a replacement wheel, for sure. In addition to the lack of rally wheel paint, the label is a SERVICE parts label that would not be found on a wheel used in PRODUCTION. Plus, the 327708 part number did not exist until very late 1971.
