62 Horn Button help..

Can you please look at my horn parts and tell me if they look right. When I push the horn button on to the contact assembly on the column and its hard up against the wheel and doesn't toggle to make contact.

I see no evidence of a insulating sleeve and none for a spring-loaded contact that fits within that sleeve. Do you have those? If not, you'll never get it to work.

Nope.. don't have those. I can't say that I know what those are. Don't think I've seen them in a catalog either. Can anyone help with a source?

Look at Keen Parts at www.keenparts.com.
Corvette Central also has the parts you need.
Get the contact along with the 3 screws and the brush or insulated contact as it is sometimes called.
BTW, Keen parts charges actual UPS shipping charges unlike some of the other suppliers.
