CV 691C PCV valve tag

Perhaps this was missed by many as I posted it on an older thread, but I have been looking for an image (picture, scan or both) of the circular tag that fits around the CV 691C PCV valve for an early 1966 car. There are reproductions available for the CV 736's, but I have yet to find one for CV 691C's.

I know someone has to have one of these that I can see. Any help is appreciated.

This may prove easier than I thought. After a couple of requests for pictures it seems no one has one of these. That being the case the judges will not know what to look for. I can just print something up on my computer and no one should know the difference!

Seriously though, please help! There has to be one of these out there somewhere!

Still looking for a picture of an original CV 691C tag. Here is a picture of a reproduction CV 736 tag for reference (round orange one). Again, thanks for any help.

Back in the late 90's when I had my 66 425 judged I went through the same thing. I was given a pencil drawing from a friend who had an original that was said to be the real deal. It was grey in color and was octoganal in shape (if that is the correct word for eight flat sides). Black printed letters that identified it as a 691C and perhaps AC. I don't recall exactly. I spent considerable time researching and as you say, when judged they didn't have much to say because they either didn't exist or the judges never saw one. While it didn't result in a point deduction or credit I was proud of the time I spent researching, designing and printing it. Send me your address and I will send you one in the mail.. Just be patient as I will have to dig them out of the shop.
