How many different ways are there to "Empty Folder" to get rid of the 28 messages I'm told are stored there? I hit "empty folder" and the machine tells me I still have 28 messages. Is there a "magic formula" known only to Board members and the CFO?

Loren, you will have to check the messages you want to delete. There is a little box with each message that you have to physically click on before you do the delete thingie.Dick Whittington -

do like dick posted but also make sure in the drop down box you have clicked on "delete" and then deleteComment

Gentlemen:
I have done that for the files that were listed. These files are "stored"
and carry behind them a box called "Empty Folder" - if it is NOT to "Empty Folder" then WTF is it for?Comment
