A Question About Representing A Owner at A Regional/National Event....

Hello ---


Here is a situation that might very well arise---

The person who is buying my car next month has asked me to help him restart the process of getting the car to a Duntov level. I explained the he would need to start from scratch with the car. He asked me if I would take the car to several regionals for Flight and PV judging.


I told him I needed to ask the NCRS group first to see if this is allowed.


I understand that I can never participate in judging the vehicle, but was not sure if I could be his "stand-in" at events.


Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!!


ps .. Im kinda hoping it is illegal LOL
Doing the process once is enough, but all over again on the same car.... EEK
Beside, if it fails for anything I don't want to have to deal with it.

The registered owner has to be present at any meet the car is shown at. The Judging Reference Manual spells this out in great detail
