63 seat belt tags

In the Fifth Edition of the 1963-1964 Technical Information Manual And Judging guide under seat belts,tags & buckles page 32 is the following information.
Seat belt labels for early 1963s up to about VIN 7000 read
Chevrolet
Model 771 Cor-C federal Spec JJ-B-185A SAE.J4
Irving Air Chute.Inc Lexington Kentucky

Seat belt labels for1963 after VIn 7000 Read
Chevrolet
Model 10-51-198-1
Federal Spec JJ-B-185A
SAE.STO.SBA-J4
Irving Air Chute,Inc
Lexington Kentucky

Is the above information correct?
If so does anyone know where I can get a set for after vin 7000?
I have a late march car and it has a set for the early 1963 before vin 7000.

Harry,
I read that thread before I did this post and that is why I wrote it.
It appears the book is wrong or the seven replys are wrong. Either way I sent the question to Carlton Colcllough for his input. When I get a reply I will post his answer.
