What if we offered to pay his dues for the next year? I know money is not the issue here, but we should do something to try and keep him and not just wish him 'good luck'. Try to keep him on if possible until some of his pain wears off.

Anybody else got any ideas? -Dan-

Perhaps we should all send an email to Vito. I have to admit I have no knowledge of what took place at Bend that Ray is talking about. All I know is he has posted some of the most informative information I have ever seen. His solid axle and GM accessory experience is classic. Whatever happened must have affected Roy deeply to feel he has to leave the organization. I sure hope it's not politics! Have seen too many Corvette clubs go down the tubes for that reason only. Seems to me we shoudn't have politics for any reason in a club for car enthusiasts. I mean either the parts are correct or they aren't. What else matters?

Roy I would hate to see you throw in the towel. I have not pesonally met you but I read all of your posts. I will be 70 on my next b'day and true the burning passion is not as hot as it used to be but I enjoy putting in my two cents. Your experience is a big help to the solid axel boys. Wish you would reconsider.
