I am trying to purchase a window sticker from Triple-A-Enterprises as you guys have recommended. I have the dealers invoice. It does not have all of the options listed that are on my car, but the starting price is a lot higher than the starting price on the (internet) options sheets. One item that is not on the dealers invoice is power windows. Triple A said they were standard but I don't think they were. Another option that is not listed on the dealer invoice is air conditioning. I don't know what to put on the window sticker. Does anyone have any advice? If I use the dealers copy it will be pretty easy but it will not list all of my options. I appreciate your help!!!

Re: Window Sticker
Hi Paul ! If you are working on a 79, power windows were an option still. I believe they became standard in 1980.Here's a window sticker from a 1980. Notice the power windows listed on the right column of standard equipment.

Re: Window Sticker
Hi Paul, I had a 1979 Corvette brand new ordered early. All the options were listed on the sticker. The 1979 Corvette model year had several price increases making some options standard. Power windows were made standard equipment. Base price increased from$10,220.23 to $12,313.23. The largest increase was $706.00 on 5/7/79 making A/C, power windows, and tilt /tele wheel standard. Check this post. You must have a late 79 Corvette. Hope this helps.

I agree with Tom & George. I have a copy of 1979 VIN 52367 window sticker and it shows on the left side column "NO EXTRA CHARGE" the power windows, A/C and tilt options. These items do not appear in the "suggested retail" section of the retail sticker with an assigned dollar amount. In contrast, I have early VINs and the options we are talking about appear in the "suggested retail" section with a dollar amount.
So, you'll want to ensure your VIN matches up with the correct option configuration. If you wish to send me an email, I'll scan and send this copy I have.Tom Russo
