Do rebound straps loop over toward the middle (axle). Also, are the heads of the rivets installed from the rear? With peened side facing the front?

The 58-60 TIM & JG says "The rivets were all inserted from rear to front."

Mine is a 62 and the Judging Manual 5th Editiion doesn't say one way or the other. Anyone with a 62?

I did an original owner 62 last winter and the rebound straps were installed with the rivets going rear to front and the loops toward the axel.
I looked for a picture of the 62 straps but could not find one of a close up shot but they are the same as the 56 that I posted and am working on now.
