This is a question about a later year Corvette but I am hoping someone can help. The check engine light came on in my brother's 2001 and we are getting an engine code P0410. We had just completed replacing the oil pressure sending unit and had removed the intake manifold. From what we can determine this is a malfunction of the secondary air injection system but we are not familiar with this system. Before we start diagnosing this problem does anyone have any suggestions to point us in the right direction? Does anyone know of something that we may have disturbed while removing/replacing the intake manifold that may have caused this code? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: P0410 engine code
Art, Can you erase the code and turn off the check engine light, to see if it will come back on? If the air pump has an electrical connector that was disconnected during repair and the ignition was turned on, that would set a code.
Google PO410 and a list of more ideas are mentioned.
