Corvette Delivery Data

I submitted my VIN number to NCRS to obtain a Delivery Data sheet and they wrote back that they are refunding my $40.00 as they have no record of it. Has anyone else had this issue?

Dean, there have been several that have had their money refunded. Some of the microfiche was damaged and unreadable. Every attempt is being made to repair these films, but some are beyond repair.

My money was returned also on my 62 car#0029. But I already knew where it was sold new from the original owner.

My money was also refunded for my 69 convertible.
Too bad, I was really looking forward to learning more about my car.

Dick,

You mentioned that damaged microfiche will be tried to be repaired. If we got our money refunded (which I did for my 62), does that mean that someone already tried to repair it and its beyond repair? Or is there a possibility we may still be able to get the data in the future.

My car was another that the records are not available for. I was disappointed since I can only trace history back to the late 70's. But it was worth the try.

Everyone involved did a great job making this information available to us. I appreciate all of the efforts and I'm happy for those who were able to get info on their cars.
