Sanity check, Had rear bumpers rechromed.

I sent out a set of rear bumpers to be rechromed. The reason I sent these out was because I had a weird haze on the tops, the bumpers were repops that a past owner had purchased from paragon. I received the bumpers back and realized there were bumps under the chrome. I repacked them up and sent them away again! The place called me to say they would have a meeting with the chromer to see what could be done but that they may not be able to make them to my satisfaction. You could run your hands down them and feel the bumps and burrs under the chrome?
Should I find a new chromer or buy a new set for my C2?

Just my 2 cents, find some real C2 bumpers that can be chromed, they are around. The originals are much better and a good judge knows the differences. (PS you want originals not NOS)

Now for the down side, if you do a real nice chrome job expect some lost points due to being toooo good.
