      If I understand your post correctly, the part you seek is not available but easy to make. The tips are 2.5" mild steel. Most good auto supply stores will have mandrel bent (smooth, no crinkles) 2.5" bent pipe. Cut the bend on a angle to match your existing tips, send to chrome shop then weld to end of your original side pipe (after cutting off the old tip).
      I have never seen a side pipe car that had bad tips that didn't also have the chambered section shot also. Please confirm for me exactly what you are working on. Bill

          Last time I looked, Long Island Corvette Supply had them for sale.

          EDIT: I just checked LICS latest catalog, and see that they now offer only stainless steel. Not certain who else to recommend..........but I'll check a few other places and let you know.

          SECOND EDIT: Try contacting Sweet Thunder at this link: They show a rack of chrome tips at their shop. They may be willing to sell individually.

              Why not buy the SS tips and have them chrome plated?
              They should last for ever, although welding might be a problem?
