    They are size 5.25/9.50-15. I have a picture or two of my car at the 1967 Sebring 4-hour Trans-Am with this tread pattern.

      As tires got shorter and wider, GY changed the size designations. I believe what you have means:

      5.25 - sidewall height in inches
      9.50 - nominal section width in inches on the measuring wheel, which is probably 8" wide.

      Nominal section width changes about 40 percent of the change in wheel width relative to the measuring wheel width.

      So the inflated OD is probably close to 2(5.25) + 15 = 25.5"

      Yeah, '67 sounds about right. Full slicks didn't show up until the early seventies. By the time I started racing in SCCA in 1975, everybody was running slicks in the dry.

      BTW, the size designations of currently sold vintage Blue Streaks have no apparent relationship to the actual dimensions of the tires.
