'66 VIN 25840 frame stencil; Anyone know the owner?

Does anyone know the owner of the '66 Corvette with VIN # 25840? This is a 425 HP car with a build date sometime in early July, 1966.

This Corvette has a photo of its unrestored frame stencil on Gary Seymour's fantastic website of original frame stencils. Unfortunately, Gary does not know the name of the owner of that car. I'm trying to track down the owner as part of some research I'm doing on summarizing '66 frame stencils.

Along those lines, does anyone know of an original, unrestored, '66 frame stencil that is not included on Gary Seymour's website:

I've talked with Gary Seymour whose website you referenced, but he does not know the other of '66 VIN 25840.
