Mirror glass popped out

I closed my passenger door; the side mirror glass popped out, hit the ground and broke in half. It was a parragon item that's been on for a year. Any idea where I can get replacement glass and some sturdy glue? Don

I think I would work the warranty angle with Paragon...they're a good company and might cut you a break. It's been a year for the repop, but some originals are still in service after decades.

If they really can't see fit to make good on the mirror, maybe they will at least give you a new dated glass. Adhesive will be a small tube of clear silicone sealant from Home Depot...three moderately fat dollops.

Use black silicone sealant. It is more UV resistant. That might be why your mirror glass fell out.

I went on to Paragon's web site, found my mirror order info from last year and sent their customer service an email about the problem and original order info. Within 30 minutes, I received an email back stating they had had reviewed the matter, discussed it with the warehouse manager and they are sending me the replacement glass. Great service!...Don
