I've never come across this in my years of judging, but engine compartment blackout paint carries 20 originality points (and underside of hood blackout paint carries 6); technically, a 20% "Finish" deduction would be 5 points, but body color in those areas would sure jump out at you.

I'll defer to anyone who has actually dealt with this issue for additional comments.
