I got my copy yesterday in O'Fallon, MO, suburb of St. Louis.

I polled our St. Louis Chapter members last night and of 13 responces I received, 3 members have received there copies. I'm working with Gary Chesnut and I appreciate his help on this subject.

I received mine yesterday afternoon also. The bounty must have been paid to St. Louis USPS to release them!!
